Each criterion is weighted to mirror the CFTC 'functional' / 'mature' blockchain factors discussed in the Clarity Act draft and Chairman Behnam's 2024 speeches: validator independence, code openness, distribution, governance, custody, infra diversity and external audit. Validator, governance and audit scores are computed live from the on-platform registries (validator_applications, velove_locks, love_governance_*, audit registry). Other items remain a conservative self-assessment until the next audit.
