Data we collect
- Personal info: email (required), name / username, optional profile picture — used for account identity, security and notifications.
- Approximate location: optional, only when you opt in to LOVE Circles, events or the global map.
- Messages: chat content (encrypted in transit) — required for LOVE Messenger functionality.
- Photos & media: only files you explicitly upload to Sparks posts, profile, LOVE Office or chat.
- Camera & microphone: only during voice/video calls, audio rooms or KYC capture.
- Financial info: public crypto wallet addresses, on-chain transaction history and internal ledger records.
- App activity: in-app interactions, page views and crash logs to improve stability and UX.
- Device & other IDs: device ID for push notifications and security logging.
Data we do NOT collect
- Precise GPS location.
- Phone contacts, SMS or call logs.
- Browsing history outside the app.
- Card numbers (handled directly by Stripe / Paddle, never stored by us).
- Private keys or seed phrases (these stay only on your device — self-custodial).
How data is handled
- Encrypted in transit: Yes, TLS 1.3 for all network traffic.
- User can request deletion: Yes — Dashboard → Privacy → Delete account.
- Data sales: No. We never sell user data to third parties.
- Third-party ad tracking: No.
- Family policy / under 13: Not applicable. The app is rated 13+ and not directed at children.
Service providers (limited sharing)
- Backend hosting & database: Supabase (EU region) — for account data, ledger and storage.
- Payment processors: Stripe & Paddle — for fiat card purchases of subscriptions and marketplace items.
- Public blockchain RPC: Stellar Horizon, Solana, Bitcoin Lightning and other on-chain providers — for wallet balances and transactions.
- Push notifications: Web Push / Capacitor native push.
Self-custody & financial features
LOVE OS is a non-custodial wallet. Users hold their own private keys and are solely responsible for fund security. Trading occurs on permissionless blockchains. The publisher does not act as a money transmitter or custody user funds. Geographic restrictions apply where local law prohibits cryptocurrency services.
