How is this different from a LOVE AI Creator Rig?
An AI Rig is built for GPU rendering (FLUX, video) — it has a powerful GPU. A Node Rig is optimized for low power draw and 24/7 uptime — most tiers ship without a GPU at all. One generates, the other serves the network.
When does the rig pay itself off?
At ~€0.18/kWh and 24/7 uptime: Pi in ~6–9 months (incl. LOVE bond), Lite in ~10–14 months, Standard in ~14–20 months, Power in ~20–30 months. The curve improves when LOVE price drops (more LOVE tokens for the same USDL value).
What is LOVE Node OS?
Pre-configured Ubuntu Server LTS image with LOVE Node agent, WireGuard peer .conf (10.66.0.0/16 network), monitoring beacon, fail2ban, auto-updates and privacy pledge headers. Ships flashed — plug in and it works.
Can I add a GPU for LOVA inference rental later?
Yes — Standard and Power already include a PCIe x16 slot and 850W+ PSU. When LOVA inference rental opens (Q3 2026), plug in an RTX 4070+ and earn extra via the Game Dev / Cloud treasury.
What about warranty?
2-year warranty on core components. Pi tier: Pi 5 swap within 5 days. Lite/Standard: 7 business days. Power: 7 days + on-site service in Slovenia/Austria for Premium+ members.
Can I host the rig in a datacenter?
Lite/Standard/Power offer an IPMI option and fit standard 1U/2U colo shelves. We partner with Slovenian DCs for €30–€80/mo colo (incl. 100 Mbit traffic).
