LPCP — Loving Review of Crypto Projects

A community initiative — not an agency, not a regulator, not a credit-rating house. LPCP is a public, transparent review of crypto projects, made out of love for the community and guided by Taranis AI. Reviews are community opinion, not legal or financial advice.

    Community-driven
    Transparent
    Non-commercial
    No ratings, no 1–10 scores
This is an opinion — not a verdict

Everything below is the personal view of the LPCP community at the date of review. It is not a court ruling, not a regulator decision, not legal/tax/financial advice. We can be wrong. If new facts arrive, we change the review publicly with a dated entry.

🍓 Strawberry and bindweed — what we actually do

A small strawberry plant being strangled by bindweed vines in a garden

I came to the garden today and did exactly the same thing we do with LPCP. I had to pull bindweed off the strawberries and off the lemon balm so they could breathe again — the bindweed was choking them.

The same thing happens to people that such programs choke — because they put in their money, their time, their reputation, everything. And then, just like this strawberry, they cannot grow into something beautiful; they grow into a tiny strawberry, because the bindweed takes all the energy.

The Serbs would call it: same shit, different packaging.

What LPCP does is exactly that weeding. We don't plant new strawberries — we pull off the bindweed so what is already there can finally breathe and bear real fruit. As a reward, you get a few sweet strawberries and some lemon balm for your water. 🌿❤️

    Why I do this

I have lost money in crypto. Multiple times. Not because the technology is bad — but because I trusted voices that sounded confident, looked successful, and had clean YouTube thumbnails. Some were honest people who were simply wrong. Others, with time, turned out to be something else entirely.

Recently a community member wrote to me in tears. He had read one of our reviews in time, pulled his funds out of a project before it collapsed, and felt — for the first time in years — that someone was actually on his side. That moment is the entire reason this page exists.

I am not a regulator. I am not an analyst with a Bloomberg terminal. I am someone who has paid tuition the hard way and would rather other people paid less. That's it.

Everything here is my view — how I see it today. Tomorrow new facts may arrive and I will change my mind in public, in writing, with a dated entry. That is the deal.

    8-point review protocol

    1. Legal entity
Is there a registered company? In which jurisdiction? Who are the directors?
    2. Licenses & permits
Does the project hold the required financial licenses (CASP/MiCA, MSB, VASP)?
    3. Team history
Who are the people behind the project? What is their previous track record?
    4. Independent reviews
Are there independent critiques, security audits, on-chain analyses?
    5. Custody
Who holds the keys? Are user funds segregated?
    6. Domain & communication hygiene
Domain age, WHOIS, professional communication, decision pressure?
    7. Yield promises
    Are promises unrealistic, “guaranteed”, “risk-free”?
    8. Exit paths
Can the user withdraw funds? In what timeframe? With clear rules?

Risk legend — what the colors mean

Every project gets one of four states. The color is a signal — the real story is in the written summary, red and green flags below each project card.

    GREEN — healthy

Registered legal entity, traceable team, no unrealistic yield promises, clear withdrawal paths, no red flags from the 8-point protocol. Doesn't mean "guaranteed safe" — only that nothing concerning surfaced in our review.

Typical signal: "Looks healthy — continue with normal DYOR."
    YELLOW — caution

Multiple unclarities surfaced — e.g. missing licence, opaque team, custody risk, aggressive marketing, or a single founder controlling everything. There may be real value in the product, but at least one of the 8 protocol points raised a concrete warning. Don't necessarily run — read carefully, ask questions, size positions small.

Typical signal: "Possible, but not without homework — and not with money you can't lose."
    RED — we advise against

Serious, concrete issues found — e.g. unlicensed financial services, Ponzi/MLM mechanics, fake regulator claims, unverifiable team, blocked withdrawals, or documented past harm to users. This is not an attack on the project — it's an explicit warning for the community.

Typical signal: "Walk away. The risk/reward does not make sense."
    GREY — not yet reviewed

We have not finished the 8-point protocol for this project yet. No color means no opinion — please don't read absence as approval or as condemnation.

Typical signal: "We don't know yet. Suggest it for review via /contact."

The color is shorthand. Always read the written summary and the red/green flags before making any decision — and remember that LPCP is community opinion, not financial advice.
