- Published the USDL Doctrine at /usdl-doctrine (alias /legal/usdl-doctrine, /usdl-doktrina) — bilingual public rulebook for USDL, EURL and future LOVE Fiat credits.

Slovenian summary (≈3 min read)
1. Eksperiment, ki je porušil zdravo pamet. Scientists take two particles (e.g. photons) and "entangle" them. Then they separate them — across a room or a galaxy. When one is measured (spin "up"), the other instantly becomes "down." No wire, no signal, no delay. Not theory — measured millions of times.
2. Zakaj je Einstein to sovražil. Per his relativity, nothing travels faster than light. Entanglement looks instantaneous. He called it "spooky action at a distance" and hoped it was wrong. In 1964 John Bell devised a math test — in 1982 Alain Aspect ran it. Einstein was wrong. Nature really is spooky.
3. Kaj to pomeni za resničnost. Particles have no fixed property before measurement — they exist as a fog of possibilities. Observation locks the result. Many Worlds: every measurement splits the universe into branches where all outcomes happen. Copenhagen: the observer's mind is part of the equation. Nobody knows which is right — but all of them break the idea that the world "out there" is independent of us.
4. Praktične posledice — že danes. Quantum key distribution (QKD): banks in Switzerland, China, EU already use entangled photons to send keys that are physically impossible to wiretap. Quantum computers: use entanglement to compute millions of options at once — and will eventually break ECDSA, which protects most crypto wallets (LOVE included).
Why this matters to @boro22: If two particles can be entangled across a galaxy, what about two humans who are close? Science doesn't prove spirituality — but it opens the door to think about connection seriously, not just poetically. That's exactly the language LOVE uses in Coherent Habitat.

May 28, 2026 — Dr. Vladimir Hozjan opened an important question in Maribor: roughly one third of BTC could be at risk from quantum threats. This doesn't mean Q-Day is tomorrow. It means migration takes years — and it's wise to start now, not on the day of the threat. LOVE's post-quantum roadmap (Kyber + Dilithium) is therefore already running.

What is entanglement — in plain words
Imagine two coins that are "entangled." You toss them apart — keep one, send the other across the galaxy. The moment you look at yours and see "heads," the other instantly becomes "tails." No signal. No wire. No travel time. Experiments by Aspect, Zeilinger and others (Nobel Prize 2022) proved this is real — nature actually works this way.
Three big implications:
① Reality isn't "local" — things are connected across space.
② Reality isn't "objective" in the old sense — the observer matters.
③ There may be multiple parallel realities at once (Many Worlds).

A serious threat
Quantum computers will eventually break ECDSA (the crypto protecting your wallet). It will happen — only question is when.
How we would use them (and why not yet)
SpinQuanta (China) builds quantum computers using cold-atom technology (ytterbium, strontium) — lasers trap atoms as qubits. Unlike IBM/Google (superconducting chips) or IonQ (ion traps), this is a third path. Cost: ~$0.10–$10 per shot, experiments $500–$5,000. Geopolitical risk: Chinese quantum infrastructure faces US/EU sanctions and export controls — for a HK entity (Wise World 2012 Ltd), this means complex KYC and regulatory maze.
Theoretical opportunities for LOVE (2027+)
Post-quantum crypto test
Shor's algorithm against a test ECDSA key → prove Kyber/Dilithium upgrade holds. On testnet first, never mainnet.
Coherent Habitat resonance
Quantum annealing (D-Wave style) to optimize 'soul matches' across 100,000 users — O(n²) problem becomes seconds.
LOVE Forge credit risk
Quantum Monte Carlo for portfolio risk simulation (IBM already has libraries). Relevant only at $10M+ AUM.
Why we're not buying yet
Today no module in the LOVE ecosystem needs quantum computing. When we do (e.g. Coherent Habitat at 100,000+ users), AWS Braket is the better choice: $10 to test, no sanctions, instant access. SpinQuanta should be on a 'watch list' — not a 'buy list.' If China lifts export controls and cost drops below $50/experiment, it could be interesting for a one-time 'we tested it' article. Until then: save money and track NIST PQC.

We follow NIST standards for post-quantum cryptography (PQC). Preparing now, not when it's too late.

Honest note
LOVE is not "quantum-resistant" today. No mainstream crypto is yet. This is an honest plan, not a marketing promise. Commercial quantum computers that break ECDSA are currently science-fiction (need ~20M logical qubits; largest today has a few thousand physical, not stable enough). We have time — let's use it.
