How to file an appeal
- Open a ticket at /support-protocol tagged "USDL Freeze Appeal" with your case ref.
- Two-person quorum reviews (one ops + one independent Founders' Circle member).
- Decision within 7 calendar days. Deadline exceeded → automatic unfreeze, unless a court order applies.
- Final appeal: independent arbitrator in your or Slovenian jurisdiction, your choice.
- Every case is published here in aggregate, anonymized form — never with your identity, wallet, or transaction details.
This tracker publishes only what a person outside LOVE Coin needs to trust the system: reason code, timeline, deadlines, decisions. Personal identity, wallet addresses, amounts and evidence stay confidential and available only to the affected user, the ops council and any competent court.
