1. Who operates what
Platform operator: Wise World 2012 Limited (Hong Kong SAR, CR 59197945).
LOVE Hemp Exchange: a tokenized commodity-style trading module for licensed hemp partners (e.g. wise-world.life, syntera.bio). Closed-loop, USDL/EURL/LOVE settlement, no physical cannabis is traded, possessed, sold, shipped or delivered by us.
"Sveta Konoplja": a personal historical chronicle by the founder (2012–2019). Memoir, not medicine. Not a product, not a service, not affiliated with the exchange.

3. Regulatory posture
EU (MiCA): LOVE Coin is designed as a utility / payment token, not an asset-referenced token or e-money token offered to retail without authorisation. Hemp Exchange instruments settle in our internal stables (USDL/EURL) — closed-loop, not investment contracts.
US (Howey / Clarity Act prep): We do not promise profit derived from the work of others. Hemp Exchange is not an offering of securities to US persons.
Controlled substances: We trade neither cannabis flower nor THC products. Industrial hemp commodity exposure is via licensed partners only, in jurisdictions where it is legal.
KYC/AML: Standard policy applies (mem://legal/kyc-threshold-policy). Fiat boundary triggers KYC at $150; internal closed-loop activity at $300.
