The treasury is public and on-chain — anyone can audit it on Stellar. Price is set by the open DEX market, not by an internal team.

What if I lose my phone or my PIN?

Your seed phrase is the master key — write it on paper at setup. With it you restore the wallet on any device. Without it, no one (not even us) can recover it.

How is the total supply divided?

The fixed supply of 7,803,286,007 LOVE is split between community rewards, treasury, early users, liquidity, partners and the team. The donut chart and the table above show the exact percentage and amount for every bucket.

What exactly is vesting?

Vesting means tokens are released gradually over time instead of all at once. It prevents a large holder from selling everything on day one and keeps the incentives of the team and partners aligned with the long term.

When does the team's allocation unlock?

The team receives 0% at launch, waits a 12-month cliff and then unlocks linearly over 48 months. Every unlock is written in the vesting schedule above and announced publicly in advance.

Can the allocation be changed later?

The buckets are fixed. Any material change would have to go through a public governance proposal and be recorded in the legal changelog — never quietly in the background.

What does the treasury actually pay for?

Infrastructure, audits, legal work, liquidity support and ecosystem development. Its balance and outflows are visible on the public treasury dashboard, so you can check the claims against the chain.

What do I get as a community member?

Airdrops and rewards for contributing, lower fees inside the ecosystem, access to Founders' Circle programs and a vote on decisions that shape the network. Nothing here is a promise of profit.

How do early users get more?

The early-user bucket applies multipliers to the first accounts in the network. The multiplier is applied automatically at snapshot time — there is nothing to buy to qualify.

How can I verify all of this myself?

Allocation wallets, unlocks and treasury movements are on-chain on Stellar. Open the Trust Center for live invariant checks and follow the addresses in a public block explorer.

Why do you pay out exclusively in crypto?

To avoid money-transmitter regulation, chargebacks and 30-day holds that traditional payment processors impose. When we pay you in LOVE to your SAFE Wallet, you are fully responsible for your funds. You can swap to USDL/EURL, send them to a Stellar/Solana address, or hold them. We cannot freeze, block or cash out your funds — that is true freedom, but it also comes with responsibility.

How do you practically check legal risks before every feature?

Every new module goes through an internal checklist: Does this create a security? Is this gambling? Does it require a payment provider license? Does it violate GDPR? Could it fall under MiCA? If any answer is yes, the feature does not ship until resolved. Example: that is why we have no slots, lotteries or sports betting. That is why we use tiered KYC instead of a global switch. That is why we use 'treasury contribution' instead of 'burn' for internal transfers.

What does 'smart KYC' mean in practice?

It means you can use LOVE without KYC up to a threshold: $300 lifetime or rolling 30 days for internal activities (tipping, marketplace, games, staking). Above $300 a soft prompt appears to complete KYC. For fiat boundaries — card, SEPA, on-chain withdrawal — the threshold is lower ($150). LOVE Pay merchants and Premium+ users must complete KYC regardless. No global 'KYC switch' blocks access to basic features.

What happened to LOVE Luck? Why was it removed?

LOVE Luck was a randomness-based reward mechanism. On May 17, 2026 we permanently retired it because we decided that LOVE Coin will never offer gambling — not under that name, not in the future. User balances were preserved. All future 'rewards' will be based on skill, contribution or effort (e.g. LOVE Race, LOVE Academy, LOVE Zoo). This is a permanent commitment, not a temporary policy.

What is the difference between 'burn' and 'treasury contribution'?

Burn (🔥) is used ONLY for real on-chain sends to a Stellar null account with a publicly visible TX hash. These transactions are irreversible and reduce total supply. 'Treasury contribution' (🏛️) means an internal transfer of funds from user transactions into the ecosystem treasury (Platform, Game Dev Fund, Gratitude Field) — the funds remain in the system but are redirected. Both flows are publicly visible at /legal/treasury-transparency. We never write 'burn' when it is a treasury transfer.

Why do you say LOVE is not an investment?

Because under the laws of most jurisdictions, a token that promises returns or is marketed as an 'investment' is considered a security — and that requires a license, prospectus and oversight. LOVE Coin is a utility token: you use it to pay for services within the ecosystem (LOVA, games, marketplace, subscriptions), tip others, or access premium features. Staking rewards (5–25%) are variable network rewards for locking funds, NOT guaranteed returns. Always DYOR.

How do I know these aren't just marketing promises?

Three proofs: 1) All transactions are publicly visible on the Stellar blockchain — burns have verifiable TX hashes. 2) The burn validator scans the entire ledger and alerts if anyone misuses the word 'burn' for a treasury transfer. 3) Every change to these rules goes through Git history that anyone can review. This is not marketing fluff — this is architecture you can verify yourself.

Where can I check your legal documents and status?

All key documents are public: /legal (full legal disclaimer), /legal/treasury-transparency (treasury transparency), /legal/decentralization-score (decentralization score), /proof-of-reserves (proof of reserves), /love-os/changelog (change history). The operator is Wise World 2012 Limited (Hong Kong SAR) — disclosed in the footer, legal documents and JSON-LD structure for auditors.

What frontend stack do you use?

React 18, Vite 5, TypeScript 5, and Tailwind CSS v3. We build components on top of shadcn/ui (Radix primitives). i18n runs through `LanguageContext`, state through React Context + TanStack Query, and animations via Framer Motion. All code lives in `src/`; Vite code-splits landing sections so only the visible chunks load, keeping LCP low.

How is the backend built?

The backend is Lovable Cloud (PostgreSQL + Auth + Edge Functions + Storage). Auth uses JWT with RLS on every user-facing table. Business logic lives in Edge Functions (Deno) or SECURITY DEFINER RPC functions in the database, not the frontend. Every table in the `public` schema needs GRANT, RLS, ENABLE, and policies — otherwise the Data API returns a permission error.

Crypto-Only Payouts

We pay out creators, affiliates, and all users exclusively in crypto to their LOVE SAFE Wallet. No fiat wires, no SEPA, no chargebacks. Users self-custody their funds and swap on their own terms.

Strict Legal Compliance

We operate strictly within existing law — MiCA, KYC/AML, GDPR. Every feature is reviewed for legal risk before launch. Default path is always conservative. No shortcuts.

Smart KYC Thresholds

$300 lifetime/30d for internal activities (tipping, marketplace, games) — closed-loop, no gate below the limit. $150 trigger only for fiat boundaries (card, SEPA, withdrawals). No global KYC switch.

No Gambling, Ever

LOVE Coin does not and will never operate RNG-based gambling, slots, lotteries, or sports betting. Skill-based games only. LOVE Luck was retired on 2026-05-17. User balances preserved.

Burn = Real, Treasury = Transparent

The word 'burn' is used only for real on-chain Stellar sends to null accounts with verifiable TX hashes. Internal treasury transfers are labeled 'treasury contribution' — never burn. Public ledger at /legal/treasury-transparency.

No Investment Promises

LOVE Coin is a utility token for in-ecosystem payments, tips, rewards, and service access — not a security, e-money, or guaranteed-return investment. Staking returns (5–25%) are variable and not guaranteed. DYOR.

Three honest agreements between us

No laws, no heavy words. Just three things everyone understands: if you tell someone “buy this”, also tell them what you're doing with your own money. So they can judge for themselves. We are all human, we all make mistakes — what matters is noticing the pattern and correcting it.

Tell us what YOU did

If you publicly say “buy LOVE”, also say: “Last month I personally bought X and sold Y.” So everyone can see whether you live by your own words.

Don't push others to buy while you sell

Encouraging friends to buy while you quietly sell your own is not okay. Others lose money, you earn at their expense. We just don't do that.

Rule applies to the pattern, not the name

We don't point fingers at people. We talk about behavior. If someone won't follow this, they are simply no longer a LOVE ambassador — no public shaming, no drama.

P.S. In Europe there are also laws that officially forbid such behavior (one is called MiCA — rules for crypto markets, in force since 2024). But that is not our main reason. The main reason is that it's simply the right thing to do.
