- Smart-contract / Stellar network: bugs, hard-forks, key loss.
- Regulatory risk: MiCA, tax treatment and local law may change.
- Physical gold logistics (Path B): shipping, customs, theft, insurance.
- Shared-reserve risk (Path C): if reserve is not 1:1, the entire series is at risk.
- Risk of total loss of the amount committed.
