Is LOVE Coin a security or investment?

No. LOVE Coin is a utility token used for in-ecosystem payments, tips, rewards, and service access. It is not a security, e-money, investment contract, or guaranteed-return scheme. Token value is volatile and may decline.

FAQ

How do I know which wallet I used?

LOVE SAFE Wallet = the one where you set up a 12-word recovery phrase + PIN (your keys, your coins). LOVE Wallet (internal) = the platform balance shown on the dashboard, controlled by Wise World 2012 Ltd. If you don't remember writing down a 12-word seed for this BTC, it was the internal one.

Why is signed message stronger than the PDF letter?

A signed message is cryptographic proof of key ownership — anyone can verify it offline against the BTC address. A PDF letter is an institutional attestation that a third party can theoretically dispute. Wirex prefers signed messages whenever the wallet supports them.

What if my SAFE Wallet doesn't have a Sign Message UI yet?

Export the private key (or seed) of just the sending BTC address and import it read-only into Electrum or Sparrow to sign there. Or write us — we can guide you and, as a last resort, issue a custodial-style letter on the operator's letterhead.

How long does Wirex take after I send this?

Most cases release within 1–5 business days. Signed-message cases are usually faster (the verification is mechanical).

Is sharing my username, tx hash and address safe?

Yes. All three are public information (the tx hash and address are on-chain). NEVER share your password, 12-word seed, recovery phrase, 2FA codes, or PIN with anyone — not even support.
